The belly band is at the front of the dog neatly trimmed with a soft protective core, and the harness has a handle. Across the chest is an adjustable chest piece. Just as around the girth there is a click system to secure the band. This makes it easy to put on or off, because the dog does not have to step into it.
How to Measure
The chest girth is the circumference of your pet's chest. Follow these steps to get the best measurement:
- Use a soft tape measure, such as one used for sewing projects.
- Measure the girth about 1 or 2 inches behind the front legs as shown in the diagram.
- Take a SNUG measurement! Pull the tape snuggly enough to flatten the fir.
- If you don't have a soft tape, you can use yarn or string to get the length.
